School overview
Check-ins, finished assignments, open flags and the health of every class.
The Overview is the whole school on one page. It tells you how this week is going and which classes to look at first.
What it shows
| Number | What it means |
|---|---|
| Checked in this week | The share of students who checked in at least once in the last seven days |
| Assignments finished | Answers handed in, out of every student each sent assignment went to |
| Open flags | Safeguarding flags not yet reviewed, and how many are high severity |
| School health | A score out of 100 for the school this week |
Below that you will find every class with its teacher, size, check-ins, pleasant check-ins, answers and open flags, a last four weeks reading of how pleasant check-ins have moved across the school, and class health, which ranks classes so you can see where to start.
School health
The score is built from four things: how many students checked in this week, how pleasant those check-ins were, how many assignments came back, and how many high severity flags are still open. Open high flags lower the score. It is labelled Thriving, Doing well, Needs focus, At risk or Critical.
A low score is a reason to ask a class teacher what they are seeing, not a verdict on the class. The numbers only describe what students chose to share.
How fresh it is
The Overview refreshes every few minutes, so a check-in or a reviewed flag can take a short while to show up here. Class pages for teachers update straight away.
