Your mood journal
Every check-in you have made, and the patterns in them. Only you can see it.
Your mood journal is your last 30 days of check-ins, laid out so you can see your own patterns. It is private: only you can see it.
What is in it
- A sentence about lately. For example: Mostly calm lately, with a few harder days mixed in.
- Today's check-in, if you have not done it yet.
- Your streak and your best streak so far.
- Your entries, newest first, each with its mood and any note you wrote.
- Your mood summary, including when you tend to feel best.
- Mood by day of week, to spot whether Mondays or Fridays feel different.
- Emotion breakdown: how often each mood came up.
Just for you
Your journal, your notes and the insights in it are never shown to your teacher, your school admin or your class.
Getting more out of it
Patterns only appear when there are enough check-ins to read. A few seconds a day for a couple of weeks is usually enough for your journal to start telling you something useful about yourself.
