Staff wellbeing and workload
How the staff room is doing, never one person, and where tests pile up across the school.
Two school-wide views for leaders: how the staff room is doing, and where tests pile up.
Staff wellbeing
Teachers can check in privately under You. Staff wellbeing shows the whole staff room, never one person:
- The share of pleasant check-ins, week by week, for the last eight weeks
- What is taking staff energy this week, such as meetings or cover
- How many staff checked in
A week with fewer than three staff checking in shows nothing at all, not even how many checked in. No single person’s answers can be worked out.
When one thing tops the list week after week, it is often something the school can change.
Workload
Workload shows every class against the next four weeks of school days. Darker cells are heavier days. Hover a cell to see the tests, and clashes (three or more on a day) are listed at the top. Teachers add tests from Workload in their own class.
