Students and nudges
Each student’s last 30 days, what stands out, and a gentle way to reach out.
Students lists everyone in your class. Search by name or email, and open any student to see their profile.
A student's profile
- Their last 30 days as a strip of moods, with their current streak and XP.
- What stands out, written as observations rather than scores. For example:
- The last week has been noticeably harder than the two before it.
- Only 3 check-ins in the last 14 days. Going quiet can be a signal in itself.
- Chose to do 3 self-guided exercises this week, mostly cyclic sigh. Reaching for these unprompted is a healthy coping habit.
- Flags waiting to be read, with a link straight to Responses.
- Recent assignments and recent exercises.
Reaching out
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Opens a short, gentle message in your own email app, ready for you to edit and send | |
| Nudge | Sends the student a friendly reminder to check in, at most once every 24 hours |
What a profile never shows
A profile shows moods, assignment answers and which exercises were done. It never shows check-in notes or anything a student wrote in an exercise.
