Announcements
Post a short note to the class. It shows in the app and lands in their inbox.
Announcements are short notes to the whole class: a reminder about the week, a room change, or a thank you. They appear in the app and go to every student by email.
Posting
- Write it
Choose Write something to the class, add a title, and say what you want the class to know.
- Post to class
It appears at the top of Announcements as the latest post, and every student in the class gets it by email.
Managing announcements
- Edit or Delete your own posts from the menu on each one. Edited posts are marked as edited. Deleting removes it for every student, and cannot be undone.
- Copy text copies the title and message, to reuse somewhere else.
- Search and filter by Today, This week, This month, or a single day.
Students see it too
Students read announcements on the same page, newest first, and a dot in their sidebar tells them when something was posted in the last day.
